• For remote or non-serviceable locations, our customer care team will reach out to assist with alternate arrangements. 

2. Shipping Charges 

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹10,000 

• A minimal shipping charge may apply to orders below this value. 

• Cash on Delivery (COD) may attract an additional fee. 

3. Order Processing & Dispatch 

• All orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation. 

• Made-to-order or customized jewellery may take 7–15 working days to be handcrafted and shipped. 

• Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS. 

4. Delivery Timelines 

• Metro Cities: 2–5 working days 

• Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 working day 

• Remote Areas: 7–10 working days

• All jewellery is securely packed in tamper-proof packaging to ensure safe delivery. 

• Every shipment is insured until it is delivered to you. Please do not accept delivery if the package is tampered with or damaged.

• International Orders: 

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. 

• Customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer. 

• We ship worldwide to most countries through reliable courier partners (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.). 

• Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included in the product or shipping price. 

• These charges, if applicable, will be collected by the courier before delivery.
