We offer a 5 day exchange policy. If 5 days have passed since recieving of the product, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customers must video record the entire process of packaging the Return item and handing over to Courier person, for future reference in case of any dispute. Shubhamkriti Jewels reserves the right to NOT accept such products which are returned without following the above instructions. Further, Shubhamkriti Jewels will not accept damaged / tampered packages.
This refund policy is not applicable for :
-Customized Ornaments / Gold Nose pins / Gemstones / Gold Coin / Gold Bar / Silver Coin / Silver Bar / Birthstones/ Ornaments with coloured gemstones/ Silver jewellery/ Silver Idols/ Gift Articles/ etc.
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection by our skilled quality assurance team.

To raise request for return or refund of missing item or accessory within the shipment, customer is requested to share proof of unboxing video.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to our office.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (including Insurance) for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Any sold out product (Made on Order), if it can be manufactured again it will take 30-45 Business working days of additional manufacturing time. The delivery can be done only after the product is manufactured and is ready to be dispatched.
Any custom design product will take 45-60 days to manufacture. So the delivery can be done only when the product is ready to be dispatched
